Maintenance Electrician Lambeth

My client is recruiting for a day maintenance electrician based in Lambeth. You will have NVQ or City and Guilds in electrical as well as 18 plus and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

• Duties will include all PPM and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, changing sockets and data points, fault finding back to fuse boards, distribution boards, checking panels.
• Emergency lighting checks, plant checks, AHU and fan coil checks and general maintenance duties.

• Hours 40 per week 8-5 with an on-call rota.
• Salary up to 45K plus company benefits and OT.
