Maintenance Electrician – Westminster

Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Westminster, London

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team, working across a prestigious commercial property portfolio in Westminster. This role is with a global facilities and building services company, offering a stable position with genuine opportunities for progression. You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive electrical maintenance within commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and breakdowns
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients and site teams to deliver a professional service
• Participate in a 1-in-8 call-out rota, with £140 standby and a minimum of 4 hours paid per call-out
