Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on one of their commercial contracts.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Schedule – Monday to Sunday 40 hours per week (5 days on 2 days off Rotating Shift pattern)
  • On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call (Friday - Friday, this is for emergencies only)
  • Salary – £36,631 per year
  • Location – 1x Glasgow site, 1x Edinburgh site & 1x Aberdeen site
  • Extra – On certain situations when engineers are off and an emergency has risen there will be a Gateshead site
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across your designated sites with a focus on plumbing and electrics
  • 3 Phase, Circuit Testing, Verifying Polarity, Final Circuit fault finding
  • Complete tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work
  • Carry out repairs across electrical and mechanical systems
