A leading facilities management company is seeking a qualified electrician to perform electrical maintenance works in the Cambridgeshire area. Qualifications
- Experienced and qualified electrician - level 3, 18th edition.
- Able to perform electrical maintenance on commercial buildings.
- Full UK driving licence required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance works - ppm and reactive.
- Take delivery of materials and check delivery notes.
- Complete worksheets in a timely manner and submit.
- Make recommendations regarding plant conditions.
- Assist in preparing costings for remedial works.

Responsibilities
- Electrical maintenance works - ppm and reactive
- Taking delivery of materials, checking delivery notes and handing them to the foreman
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance work on all electrical equipment on the client's asset register
- Complete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and submit to the head office each Friday
- Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired asset reports if necessary.
- Completing Planned Maintenance works in accordance with the client specification
- Compile list of remedial works required after PPM visit
- Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial works
- Order job materials and submit copy paperwork to the Head Office each Friday
- Attend training and H & S courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager.
- In the event of an accident, report to your nominated First Aider who will be introduced to you during your site induction.
- Complete accident report forms as directed by your site foreman/Contracts Manager
Qualifications
- You will be an experienced and qualified electrician - level 3, 18th
- You will have good skills within electrical maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- You will have previously worked on commercial buildings.
- Happy with a mobile role throughout the region
Benefits
- Base salary to £40,000
- Salary to £40,000 plus vehicle, travel paid door‑to‑door and package
- Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:30pm
