Maintenance Electrician – Static Site

£38 – £40,000 per annum

We are recruitingfor with a Maintenance Electriciantowork as part of a small team at a static site in Birmingham City Centre.This is a fantastic opportunityfor someone that wants a site based role working days Monday – Friday, and call out is optional with this role.

Key Responsibilities

To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems. To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems. To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements. To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service. To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines. Basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required. Compliance checks.

Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent).
• City & Guilds 18th Edition.
• Good working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and building services equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
