Maintenance Electrician

The role involves:

  • All aspects of maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licensed properties as required, working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.

The salary for this role is £35,535.

Selected Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified time‑served electrician
  • Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years desirable five years), ideally within the hospitality service sector.
  • Good IT skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various heads of departments
  • Resourceful and self‑motivated
  • Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
  • Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks
