Job summary

Kanadevia Inova is hiring an O&M Maintenance Manager for our Earls GateWaste-to-Energy Centre in Grangemouth, Scotland. This role is responsible for the personnel and activities of the plant maintenance departments, ensuring continued operation in compliance with safety and environmental regulations and production schedules.

Lead maintenance engineers and technicians, plan and coordinate maintenance, drive reliability improvements, manage budgets, and collaborate with management to optimise

Qualifications

• Extensive maintenance experience in EfW, power generation, or heavy industrial settings.
• Proven track record leading maintenance teams in complex facilities.
• Strong knowledge of predictive, preventive, and reliability-centred maintenance.
• Experience implementing and managing CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of waste processing and materials handling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the maintenance department, providing direction and support.
• Ensure plant availability and reliability targets are met.
• Plan and oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, outages and shutdowns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance strategies.
• Manage maintenance budgets and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
