Social Housing Experience is Essential for this Role

I am currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support administrative support to Special projects and Sustainability teams, typically including acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders, managing Damp and Mould cases, Plentific repairs, Minor works and Surveyor referral. This will be for an initial 12 weeks on a temporary basis. The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the IMR and General Needs portfolios. You will be a key member of the team helping to deliver our repairs and maintenance service.
