We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Controller on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will proactively manage the maintenance aspects of a portfolio of properties, ensuring that client, company, and statutory requirements are always met. You will triage maintenance issues in a timely manner to the correct contractor and liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords, and clients to complete queries promptly and efficiently, and pay supplier invoices promptly.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. After successfully completing a 6‑month probationary period, hybrid working (three days at home) is available.
A Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.
Property management experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages, and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
