We're looking for a motivated and organised Maintenance co ordinator to join our team and support the delivery of social housing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in administration, Construction and passionate about construction.

As a Maintenance co ordinator, you'll assist with day-to-day tasks, helping to keep projects and operations running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-growing renewables sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the renewables team.
  • Assist with data entry, document control, and file management.
  • Help coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Update trackers, schedules, and internal systems as needed.
  • Support communication with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Help ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with basic reporting and preparation of project-related materials.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • A team player who's eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
Desirable (Not Required)
  • Previous admin or office-based experience.
  • Familiarity with project coordination or document control.
  • An understanding of renewable energy technologies (Pv, Air Source Heat Pumps Etc).
