Job summary

Care UK in Surrey is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Co-ordinator to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and to ensure the smooth running of facilities. You will liaise with external contractors, manage routine maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and equipment, and implement compliance checks to protect residents' well-being.
