Role Overview

As a Reactive Maintenance Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of all reactive maintenance requests. Acting as the central point of contact, you will co-ordinate contractors, internal teams and suppliers while keeping tenants fully informed throughout the process. You will play a key role in ensuring maintenance issues are resolved quickly, safely and with minimal disruption, always delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming reactive maintenance requests and log accurately
  • Prioritise and allocate work to contractors and internal teams
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently
  • Keep tenants and clients updated on progress, timescales and outcomes
  • Monitor job status to ensure timely completion and high-quality workmanship
  • Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records and job histories
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Track maintenance performance and support process improvements
