Role: Maintenance Co‑ordinator

Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate: £18.80 per hour

Location: East London

Working Hours per Week: 35 hours

Start Date: 17th December

My client is currently looking for maintenance co‑ordinators to work for a social housing company. We are looking to recruit a number of maintenance co‑ordinators on their behalf to interview on the 4th December and start on the 17th December.

Day‑to‑day work will consist of working from home four days a week and going into the office once a week in Stratford. The Maintenance Co‑ordinator is responsible for organising and overseeing reactive and planned repairs across a portfolio of social housing properties in London. Key duties include logging and prioritising maintenance requests, scheduling contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, monitoring work progress, managing tenant communication, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Social Housing Knowledge
