J D Wetherspoon's The Church House in Wath upon Dearne is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance and decoration tasks to a high standard, unsupervised and with a proactive approach.

This hands-on role requires reliable, practical individuals who can manage time, work with contractors, and uphold SOPs/DSOPs while delivering excellent service. The position offers an 8-hour week with early shifts and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

Must have background in maintenance or similar

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance and decoration duties according to an approved task list, unsupervised.
Provide excellent customer service.

Follow SOPs and DSOPs and work with third-party contractors.
Ensure all work aligns with company standards and procedures.
Carry out any reasonable task to meet business needs.

The Role

To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.

You Will

provide excellent customer service.
ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace.
adhere to Wetherspoon`s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
work with third-party contractors.
ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, is in line with the company`s design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
