Barchester is looking for a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener at one of our care homes. You’ll help keep the buildings and gardens in top condition to support safe, welcoming surroundings for residents and visitors.

With prior maintenance and gardening experience, you’ll bring a caring, patient nature and take part in our training programmes to develop your skills and confidence across all aspects of the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener at a Barchester care home, you’ll help to create the safe and attractive surroundings that enable us to give our residents the quality care and support they deserve.
