What Will You Be Doing

You will be part of a small and dedicated team of individuals ready to respond to the maintenance needs arising on a day to day basis, and a proactive resourceful solution seeker.

Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance engineer at 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse:

• You will be confident and take ownership in attending to emergency calls for maintenance from all departments, ensuring all priority jobs are completed and respond to changes in job priorities at short notice.
• Ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, also being aware of your responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act.
• You will be a team worker and show flexibility in completing any other reasonable task as required by the Maintenance Manager.
• To be fully aware of the Hotel's Fire Safety Procedures.
• Additionally there is a requirement to be "on call" in a rota basis.
