A large healthcare provider in Rochdale is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant. This role involves assisting with day-to-day maintenance and repairs in a building and engineering environment. The Estates department are looking to enhance their Maintenance team and are looking to add a full time Maintenance Assistant.
You will work with as an integrated member of the Estates team across a multi-discipline of trades.
You will assist with day to day maintenance and repairs, reactive work and installations within a building and engineering environment. Basic engineering knowledge is desirable.
You will need to drive the department vehicle to collect spares/equipment as and when required, therefore, a full clean driving licence is desired.
