A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a maintenance assistant to provide proactive and reactive maintenance services across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will support location managers in ensuring effective maintenance service delivery. This role offers structured benefits including annual leave and a pension scheme. To work within the maintenance team providing reactive, planned and emergency maintenance using skills in carrying out a wide and varied spectrum of tasks efficiently, to the required quality standard and within your own competence and safety limits.
The position of maintenance assistant will be based at the Prestwich site with a percentage of the time spent supporting GMMH buildings on the site and locations within Manchester, Bolton, Cumbria, Salford and Trafford. This may change depending on the needs of the service.
