Job description

The Estates department are looking to enhance their Maintenance team and are looking to add a full time Maintenance Assistant.

You will work with as an integrated member of the Estates team across a multi-discipline of trades., You will assist with day to day maintenance and repairs, reactive work and installations within a building and engineering environment. Basic engineering knowledge is desirable.

You will need to drive the department vehicle to collect spares/equipment as and when required, therefore, a full clean driving licence is desired.
