Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help uphold the safety and functionality of our Greater London hotels. You’ll support facility maintenance across guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring memorable stays for guests through reliable service.

• Respond to service requests and guest calls promptly.
• Perform maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections and address needs.
• Document finished inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
