Vacancy : Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time – Saturday & Sunday – 16hrs)

Pay rate : £14.40ph

Location : Bromley (Kent)

Our Client, a fantastic Care Home in Bromley is looking for a part-time Maintenance Assistant to work weekends to support the Head of Maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head of Maintenance to create a safe and well-presented environment for their residents and their families.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of the garden and exteriors is to the highest standard.
  • Undertaking daily tasks to ensure both resident bedrooms and communal areas are well maintained.
  • Undertaking general maintenance and repairs when required.
  • Ensuring accurate records of work undertaken are kept.
  • Undertaking other duties as required.

  • You will be friendly and approachable and able to interact with both colleagues and residents.
  • You will take pride in maintaining the highest standards with the work you undertake.
  • You will have a good eye for detail.
  • You will have prior experience working in a general Maintenance role.
