The role
As a Maintenance Substantiation Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be a vital part of our Devonport Engineering Technical Authority team, supporting the Royal Navy’s submarine refit programme.
Day-to-day, you’ll deliver engineering support and maintenance documentation for a wide range of electrical assets across our Nuclear Licensed Site, MOD Authorised Site, and Non-Nuclear areas. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to national defence, develop your technical expertise, and grow your career in a highly specialised environment.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.
