Job summary

A high-end residential contractor is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Aftercare Manager to oversee all post-completion support and maintenance across luxury refurbishment projects in Greater London. This role is essential for ensuring clients receive exceptional service after handover, while maintaining the quality and appearance of bespoke interiors. Key responsibilities include managing defect logs, coordinating works, and liaising with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance or facilities management and strong technical understanding of interiors.

Maintenance & Aftercare Manager

A high-end residential contractor is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Aftercare Manager to oversee all post-completion support, reactive maintenance and planned preventative works across luxury refurbishment and fit-out projects.

This role is key in ensuring clients receive exceptional service after handover, maintaining the quality, performance and appearance of bespoke interiors and installations.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for all aftercare and snagging enquiries.
  • Manage defect logs, organise site visits and coordinate remedial works.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance schedules and reactive repairs.
  • Liaise with clients, trades and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality work.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, warranties, schedules and reports.
  • Ensure all works meet health & safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in aftercare, maintenance, facilities management or post-completion support.
  • Strong technical understanding of interiors, joinery, M&E systems and finishes.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage contractors and oversee multiple ongoing issues.
  • Experience within high-end residential or luxury refurbishment is beneficial.
