Qualifications

• 7+ years’ post‑qualification experience in financial accounting, controllership, or finance manager roles.
• Maintenance accounting experience required.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Strong technical accounting and audit knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, able to provide clear guidance and judgement.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP and aviation or engineering exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for maintenance‑related accounting across Vista operators.
• Ensure maintenance accounting inputs into management and statutory reporting are accurate, well supported.
• Act as the primary accounting point of contact for maintenance during internal and external audits.
• Liaise with Group Accounting, Tax, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with Group policies and IFRS requirements.
• Own and maintain the maintenance accounting control framework, ensuring governance, consistency, and audit readiness.
