Job summary

Facade Today in London is seeking a capable Façade Engineer/Associate to join a satellite studio of an established consultancy. The role targets graduates ready to pursue chartership with IStructE, ICE or CIBSE, and a BEng/BSc (2:1) minimum.

Candidates should have solid UK façade design experience and drive to progress within a façade-only practice. Projects span commercial, retail, leisure and residential sectors with values up to £100 million, across London and the South East.

Qualifications

• Graduate member of IStructE, ICE or CIBSE (or working towards)
• Educated to BEng/BSc level with minimum 2:1
• Seeking to charter in the short term
• Good experience in façade design in the UK
• Desire to advance career within a façade-only engineering consultancy

Responsibilities

• Work on a diverse mix of new-build façade schemes
• Contribute to designs for projects up to £100 million in London and the South East
• Collaborate with a dedicated façade engineering team to deliver technical solutions
• Develop and refine structural detailing for cladding and envelope systems

Mainstream Central London façade engineers require a Façade (Structural) Engineer/Associate to join the new satellite studio of an established consultancy.

Candidates will be a Graduate member of IStructE, ICE or CIBSE, be educated to BEng/BSc-level (2:1 min) and be looking to charter in the next short-term.

They will need to have gained good experience in façade design in the UK should have good technical ability and be looking to drive their career forward with a well-established façade-only engineering consultancy.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of new-build projects with values up to £100million across London and the South East in commercial, retail, leisure, and residential sectors.
