Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Machinery Compliance Engineer (Safety) in Macclesfield to lead inspections and risk assessments on diverse machinery, ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will advise manufacturers on safety design, liaise on UKCA/PUWER/CE standards, and travel internationally including the US, Japan, Europe and the UK.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in machinery safety and compliance.
• Knowledge of relevant standards (UKCA, PUWER, CE) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out machinery inspections and risk assessments

• Review and produce legal documentation
• 40 hours a week, flexible shift pattern
