Job description
Machine Operator – Night Shift

We are a global leader in advanced material manufacturing based in South Leicestershire and we are expanding our operational team to meet increased demand.

This role operates on a fixed night‑shift pattern, 42 hours per week, 7PM – 7AM. It is a six‑month temporary to permanent assignment. After six months permanent employees gain a generous pension scheme, an annual bonus scheme and long‑term career development opportunities.

  • Report machine, material or documentation faults constructively.
  • Carry out the allocated process efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain clear and accurate stock and process records.

  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Understand and complete written instructions.
  • Understand new products, processes and resolve process problems.

Full training will be provided, though previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment would be advantageous.
