Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting for Machine Operators / Packing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Blackburn. This is a long-term role with full training provided and immediate starts available.

Duties include operating production machinery, packing finished products, completing basic paperwork and production records, and following health and safety procedures. Working hours are 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Thursday. A good understanding of English and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to complete simple paperwork and follow instructions.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
