Position Summary

Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Rainham, East London, Essex. We are recruiting for experienced and forward‑thinking multi‑skilled machine operator's. This is a full‑time and permanent position working for a very well‑established company, with an interesting and varied role and scope for progression.

Schedule and Compensation

Rotating Double day shift (39 hours):

Monday – Thursday: 06:00‑14:00 / 13:45‑21:45

Friday: 06:00‑13:00 / 12:45‑19:45

Salary: £28,780 – £31,724 + Shift Allowance: £3,510

Roles and Responsibilities

• Follow good Health and Safety Standards
• Ensure the efficiency of the production line
• Oversee the quality of the product
• Control packaging waste
• Ensure cleanliness of the production line machinery
• Ensure all paperwork relevant to the product is completed to the company specification
• Rectify any minor breakdowns of line machinery
• Operate a forklift truck & PPT (training given)
• Assist engineers on major breakdowns when required
• Perform general housekeeping duties
