Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up and monitor machines to ensure product quality and consistency
• Carry out routine checks and adjustments to maintain smooth production flow

• Work as part of a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator (die cutting, laminating, or paper mounting experience beneficial)
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willing to learn and develop within a growing business
