Pay: $23.19 - $27.39 + ($1.50 Shift Premium)

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate metal fabricating machines (brakes, shears, presses)
  • Read blueprints and shop orders to determine machine setup and production methods
  • Adjust machine settings for pressure, speed, and depth
  • Inspect and measure finished parts for accuracy
  • Label and move parts to designated storage areas
  • Document deviations and take corrective actions
  • Train new team members as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of related experience or technical training (or a combination)
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools like calipers and scales
  • Basic math and reasoning skills
  • Familiarity with CNC software and PC use (varies by machine)
  • Forklift license (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
