Key Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery within the chilled potato factory to optimize production efficiency
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Monitor production lines during operations to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and quality standards
• Record machine settings and adjustments for quality assurance and continuous improvement purposes
• Provide training and support to new team members on machinery operation and safety protocols
  
  

Job Details

• Hours of Work: 14:00 - 22:30 / 16:00 - 22:30
• Rate of Pay: £12.67 - £13.73 (after approx. 12 weeks training) + 50p p/h shift allowance
• Enhanced overtime rate
  
  

Requirements
