Proactive Personnel are working with a successful, ever-growing manufacturing facility to recruit Machine Operatives for their site in Flint. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for secure, long-term work.

Role Details

• Operating machinery, packing, palletising, loading lids and refilling materials (reel operation)
• Making sure materials are available and ready in line with production schedules
• Carrying out checks to ensure everything meets safety, quality, and spec standards
• Cleaning and inspecting machines and work areas, fixing or flagging any issues

Remuneration

• Up to £30,000 per annum
• 12 hour shifts, days and nights
• Temporary to permanent after 10 weeks

Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment – essential
• Previous experience of working in a food production environment – preferred
• Experience of working within FMCG environment
