About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Machine Operator with a strong manufacturing and process background to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, accurately entering and monitoring data, and ensuring smooth and efficient machine performance in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machines according to standard operating procedures
  • Input, record, and verify production data accurately using machine interfaces or computer systems
  • Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform basic changeovers as required
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure machines are running efficiently and safely
  • Identify and report faults, deviations, or quality issues promptly
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures at all times
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or process‑driven environment
  • Proven ability to operate machinery and run production processes independently
  • Comfortable with data input, monitoring production metrics, and using digital systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
