Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is recruiting for a Machine Operator to join the KETTLE production team in our Norwich site. This hands-on, technical role involves operating and monitoring packaging equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The position offers 3 on/3 off shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am) with day and night pay rates (£28,571.40 days, £31,383.00 nights). We provide training, progression opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, production or hands-on environment.
Enjoy understanding how things work and solving problems.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor and optimise production and packing equipment.
Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
Monitor quality, waste, efficiency and performance.
Complete safety, quality, GMP and housekeeping checks.
Support Continuous Improvement and audits.
Work closely with colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping the team succeed.
