Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Kettering

Hours: Monday to Friday, days only

Pay: £15 per hour

Preferred

• Any technical experience or training e.g. print / packaging background
• Any mechanical / engineering education or work experience
• Someone who has experience with operating a machine

Starting salary £15.00 per hour with initial quarterly pay reviews according to performance. It is possible to earn £35k - £40k+ on day shift only assuming that the performance is adequate and KPIS are hit, extra with overtime if is available as it is variable.

The work you will be doing is considered ‘high mix, low volume' therefore there are several changeovers within a day setting the machines for different jobs. And I am looking for Machine Operators to be good problem solvers and willing to work autonomously. Full training will be provided but I am hoping to find someone who is capable and able to pick things up relatively quickly and ‘hit the ground running'.
