Key Responsibilities
  • Operate bespoke tray‑cleaning machinery safely and efficiently
  • Conduct product quality checks to ensure standards are met
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
  • Support productivity goals including absence/holiday cover when required
  • Maintain a safe and well‑organised work environment
  • Take on additional reasonable duties as skills develop
Persons Specification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience operating machinery in a production environment
  • Additional electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic skills are an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn
  • Must have full UK work authorisation
Shift & Hours
  • 4 on / 4 off rotation, 12‑hour shifts including days, 6AM to 6PM
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required
