Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Machine Operative in Bridgwater to support a well-established manufacturing company. You will handle production equipment safely, learn to operate specialist machinery, and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.

The role offers full training, 4 on/4 off shifts, with day and night options, temp-to-perm progression, pension, free on-site parking and a supportive team to help you build a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Full training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are required.
• Reliable approach and strong work ethic are valued.
• Good attention to detail is important in this role.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating 4-on, 4-off pattern.

• Pack, wrap and prepare finished products.

Pay: £14.06 per hour, increasing to £16.71 per hour once permanent
Contract: Full-time, temporary with the opportunity to become permanent

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – Days & Nights
Day Shifts: 06:45–18:45
Night Shifts: 18:45–06:45
