Salary & Hours

Salary: £12.21 per hour (Pre‑12 weeks) / £12.75 per hour (Post‑12 weeks)

Hours: 48‑60 hours per week; overtime after 40 at x1.25 (£15.26)

Working Hours: Core hours 4 × 12 hours – over 7 day operation

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery efficiently and safely
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring products meet specifications

  • Complete changeovers on machinery
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
The Person / Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing, with a stable career history
  • Proven experience operating or working closely with packaging machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a chilled production environment
  • A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to long shifts (48‑60 hours per week)
