Machine Operatives - St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Due to excellent growth and secured permanent placements, we are pleased to offer additional positions for Machine Operatives to join their busy department.

Role Description For Machine Operative

• 12 week training program.
• Fast paced environment
• Learn how to use the individual machines
• Amending golf clubs to order
• Lengthening, shortening, increasing, decreasing the weight.
• Changing club-heads.
• Able to work under pressure, this role is measured, you are given full support to reach your goals
• Using bespoke tools
• Working on your own and as part of a team

Hourly pay

• £13.00 per hour as a machine operative
• £19.50 per hour OT

Working hours

• 07.30am to 16.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.30am to 13.30pm Friday
• Accrue 33 days holiday per year
