Kinetic Recruitment are currently looking for Machines Operatives to work for an international FMCG manufacturing company, based in the CH6 area in Flint, Flintshire. This is a permanent position, following a successful interview.
THE ROLE
- To support the manufacturing process to meet production demands of the business.
- Working across a number of lines to carry out (two or more) defined machine operation and monitoring of production process as required/determined by the Shift Operational Lead.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as part of crewing on production lines.
- Defined machine operation, packing, palletising, lid loading, material replenishment of running materials (reel operation).
- Ensure required materials are ordered inline with production requirements.
- Carry out process confirmation checks in line with quality, safety and product specifications.
- Clean and inspect all work areas and machinery, maintaining acceptable safe working standards and good manufacturing practices.
- Read and interpret specifications to meet production plans, ensuring appropriate prioritisation.
- Complete line records to include material traceability, yield & usage.
- Role model behaviour in line with company values, challenging or escalating inappropriate behaviour.
- Ensure full adherence to company health and safety procedures and practices.
- Identify and report any conduct that breaches health & safety or company values, including incidents and near misses.
- Conduct line safety checks in line with company procedures.
- Comply with the company's quality/GMP standards, wearing appropriate workwear.
- Ensure effective communication with all key stakeholders, including packers, line operators and advanced operators, escalating issues immediately to supervisor.

SHIFT PATTERN
4 on 4 off continental | 2 days - 2 nights.
07:00 am to 07:00 pm | 07:00 pm to 07:00 am from January 2026.
STARTING SALARY
£28,224.59, rising to £29,407.92 after a 3‑month training period.
