Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy ML models powering Snapchat features. You’ll apply ML techniques to solve real-world problems, participate in data analysis, training, and deployment, and work with cross-functional partners to ship scalable ML-driven capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to maintain code quality, security, and production readiness, while staying at the forefront of AI developments and tools to deliver impactful user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of post-Bachelor’s ML experience; or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience developing ML models for ranking, recommendations, search, content understanding, or image generation.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning models for core Snapchat products.
• Apply established ML techniques to real-world problems.
• Contribute to the ML lifecycle: data analysis, model training, evaluation, deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement ML-driven features.
• Ensure code correctness, security, and production-ready quality code.
