Job summary

Candour in London is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join its hybrid team. You will design, develop and deploy machine learning solutions for connected commerce marketing, turning complex data into actionable insights and scalable products.

You will collaborate with data, engineering, product and commercial teams, communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and stay up to date with ML advances to drive growth in retail media and advertising.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a commercial environment.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with common machine learning frameworks.
• Experience working with large datasets and building reliable, reproducible data pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and how to support machine learning solutions in production.
• Ability to evaluate model performance, iterate through experimentation and monitor solutions over time.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach and good software development practice, with an eye for scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Experience working within retail media, advertising or connected commerce environments.
