  • Maintain continuous stock for Co-packers.
  • Document necessary processes.
  • Perform necessary repairs.

Packing Machine Engineer/Setter – Wellingborough – Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (flexibility required) – Salary: £Competitive DOE

We are looking for a Packing Machine Engineer/Setter to be based on our client's site in Wellingborough.

This is a great opportunity to join a very skilled team who have achieved BRCGS AA grade certification. The Packing Machine Engineer/Setter will maintain the engineering of the machines, along with setting it up ready to run different products.

You will work with a range of Packing machines. The current shift is Monday to Friday 08.30am‑17.30pm, but you would be required to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure the machine is set to optimise performance
  • To ensure the relevant maintenance is completed on each machine
  • Forward plan to minimise set‑up time and maximise production
  • Comply with Company policies including H&S and quality and BRCGS protocol
  • Ensure daily schedules are met
  • Ensure continuous stock is available to the Co‑Packers and support with the Co‑pack outputs.
  • Complete necessary documentation
  • Carry out any necessary repairs
