M5 Qualified Traffic Management Operative – Exeter

Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Exeter area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop / go board and other Traffic Management roles.

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have :

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to carry out work to a high standard
• Good communication skills

Applicants must have :

• Lantra M5 (not essential)
• CSCS card (Preferred)
• Good timekeeping skills
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
• Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
• Driving License (Preferred)

Hours of work :

Monday – Friday, days or nights.

Rate of Pay :

• £ per hour
• Overtime at 150% after 40 hours Monday – Friday, nights and Saturdays
• Standby payments for being on call Monday – Thursday or Friday – Sunday

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from :

• Accrued Holiday Pay from day one
• Pension contributions (after a qualifying period)

• No umbrella payments or fees
