We’re looking for an experienced M365 Technical Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering and implementing innovative Microsoft 365, CoPilot, and Intune solutions for a wide range of clients. You’ll collaborate closely with technical architects and consultants to guarantee delivery excellence, all while mentoring others and shaping our proposition strategy.

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team where innovation, growth and quality delivery are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll also play a crucial role in pre‑sales activity, client engagement, and acting as Technical Design Authority on key projects.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Designing and delivering end‑to‑end M365 / CoPilot / Intune solutions based on client requirements.
  • Leading workshops, demonstrations, and webinars to showcase our offerings.
  • Acting as Technical Design Authority and providing governance across project delivery.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting capability development.
  • Engaging in pre‑sales, proposals and RFI contributions with sales and solution teams.
  • Driving innovation by developing new IP and contributing to go‑to‑market initiatives.
Essential skills and experience:
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, CoPilot, and Intune deployment and migration.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft productivity and security solutions.
  • Expertise in identity and access management, including Microsoft security tools.
  • Familiarity with CoPilot capabilities and its impact on user productivity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience facilitating complex customer workshops and co‑design sessions.
Nice to have:
  • Microsoft Cyber Security Expert or Identity & Access Management certifications.
  • M365 Endpoint or Collaboration certification.
  • Knowledge of Azure security services.
  • Experience with M365 Security & Compliance and Apps Productivity Suite including SharePoint.
