A leading housing and care provider based in Worcester is looking for an M365 Services Engineer to enhance their Technology department. You will be crucial in managing and improving the Microsoft 365 cloud-powered productivity services. Responsibilities include designing SharePoint sites, migrating legacy systems, and configuring Teams settings. We have an opportunity for an M365 Services Engineer to join our Technology department based at our head office in Worcester. The purpose of this role is to provide technical expertise to support the operational delivery, design, development and continuous improvement of Technology M365 cloud‑powered productivity platform services in line with the Group's immediate and long term values and objectives. You will be managing and delivering the continuous improvement of Sanctuary's SharePoint Online, Teams & Exchange Online capabilities and work closely with other Technology teams to ensure best practice configurations are applied in security and service resilience and ensuring seamless integration with other Technology services (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Gimmal Link). This is a varied role where you will be managing permissions, access controls, and site collections along with providing training and guidance to users on SharePoint Online and Teams.
