Job summary

A leading airline company is seeking a Mid-Senior level M365 Purview Compliance Design Architect to join the team in Sheffield. This role involves designing enterprise-scale Microsoft Purview architecture, implementing compliance policies, and automating processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Candidates should have 8–10+ years of experience in compliance at an enterprise scale, strong information governance skills, and deep knowledge of Exchange and SharePoint. The position requires onsite work 3 days a week at the client site.

Qualifications

M365 Purview Compliance Design Architect

Location: Sheffield, UK – 3 days per week onsite at client site (mandatory)

Role Overview

Design enterprise-scale Microsoft Purview retention, records management, and eDiscovery architecture.

Responsibilities

• Map regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA, MiFID II, SEC/FINRA, GDPR/UK DPA) into enforceable Purview policies.
• Implement retention labels/policies, event-based retention, disposition reviews, and litigation hold.
• Integrate with eDiscovery (Premium), Audit, DLP, and legal hold processes.
• Automate using PowerShell / Microsoft Graph and support audit & regulatory assurance.

Key Skills Required

• 8–10+ years experience in M365 Purview / Compliance at enterprise scale.
• Strong hands‑on information governance, records management, retention, eDiscovery (Premium).
• Deep knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Experience in large, regulated tenants (100k+ users).
