Job summary

Plannedlink is seeking an experienced M365 Engineer on a permanent basis in the United Kingdom to start ASAP. You will support sales and project teams with technical consultancy, lead client meetings on technical matters, and perform hands-on configuration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services.

You will evaluate on-premises infrastructure for migration to Microsoft 365 cloud, conduct GAP analyses, document findings, and produce comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and optimizing Microsoft 365 services.
• MSP/consultancy background preferred.
• Ability to lead client meetings and communicate technical matters clearly.
• Experience evaluating on-premises and legacy infra for migration to Microsoft 365 cloud.
• Ability to perform GAP analyses and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and project teams with technical advice and consultancy.
• Lead client meetings on technical matters and collaborate with customer tech staff or suppliers.
• Hands-on configuration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services.
• Evaluate on-premises and legacy infrastructure for migration to Microsoft 365 cloud.
• Undertake GAP analyses, document findings, assess and recommend solutions.
• Produce high quality technical documentation including diagrams and baselines.
• Work within change management processes; raise change requests, define implementation and test plans, present at CAB meetings.
• Support project management in developing technical project plans.
