Job summary

A leading technology consultancy in the UK is seeking an M365 Business Analyst with over 10 years of banking experience. The role involves documenting automation work, implementing regulatory solutions within the M365 suite, and collaborating with stakeholders. Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of banking domain experience.
  • Functional knowledge of eDiscovery.
  • Overview of the M365 product suite.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of API and automation in eDiscovery is a plus.

Job description

Role: M365 Business Analyst

Location: Birmingham, UK

Duration: 6 months

Working Mode: Hybrid (Associate has to work onsite 2 days in a week.)

Key Responsibilities
  • Document automation and engineering work required for implementing various automation within the M365 suite.
  • Design, develop and implement solutions for regulatory requirements like Records Management, eDiscovery etc.
  • Work with business stakeholders and project managers to discuss requirements and timelines.
  • Participate and work as required towards M365 roadmap and private previews. Work with Microsoft on support tickets.
  • Actively supports achievement of Bank's/Division's strategy, plans and values, and ensures that they maintain a clear understanding and ongoing alignment of activities with the organization's priorities.
  • Demonstrates personal commitment to the Bank's values.
  • Adheres to Bank Policies and Procedures.
